I’ve been keeping in a secret for a few weeks and I’m finally ready to announce that I have the keys to my very own tiny shop in the heart of Marquette 😍

This 1970's vintage dress is handmade from a faintly striped white cotton and a matching crochet lace with a full polyester lining. Features a ruffled collar, bishop sleeves, an empire waist, and maxi length. Zips up in back and in excellent vintage condition.

Vintage is not only beautiful, it also tells a story.

These pieces have belonged to women of the past — our friends, mothers, grand mothers, great grandmothers and so on.

How special is it to honor and keep their stories and memories alive while also rocking them with our very own story?

People are storytellers. That’s how we’ve connected since the very beginning.

Vintage clothing carries a historical, personal, evolutional, societal, and intimate story that fast fashion just can’t.

What songs was she dancing to? Did she make this dress on her own? What lit her up? What conversations were had in this piece? What season of life was she in? How did this piece make her feel in her own expression?

Often find myself daydreaming the answers to these questions 💭
