I apologize for the late post. Between traveling and a hectic work week, I just didn't have time to edit videos.

We did have a lot of fun making this video though! My niece helped me with the cooking, and my nephew was the camera man!

Every week, Persophenea's Giving Plate prepares and delivers meals to families in need.

PGP Sunday is a segment that provides step by step instructional videos for our families to recreate those same meals at home!

This week, we made Beef and Broccoli!

We try to keep our meals simple and inexpensive.

The goal is to provide our families with a dignified dining experience. Much different from what they would receive at a soup kitchen or food bank.

I'm not a chef and have no professional culinary training, so feel free to leave any tips or feedback in the comment section.
