IN THE NEWS!

Rae Baxter’s will welcome shoppers for a special day of fall fashion featuring a “Fashions on Main” style show and a Picadilly trunk show.

The style show will be held at Nutz Deep II, 809 S. Central Ave. in Marshfield. Appetizers and a Bloody Mary bar will be available from 11 a.m. to noon, with the style show beginning at noon. Afterward, guests can continue shopping at Rae Baxter’s until 4 p.m.

The Picadilly trunk show will be held in the lower level of Rae Baxter’s.

The event will feature a variety of apparel, including several looks from Picadilly Fashions, a designer of women’s clothing. Jayne May, a company representative, will be introduced during the show and will also share additional Picadilly pieces at the store.

“We’re really excited to bring this special event to Marshfield,” said Carol Knauf, owner of Rae Baxter’s. “The combination of a fashion show and trunk show gives guests an opportunity to see the clothing modeled before taking a closer look at the collection.”

Knauf said the event is designed to be both a shopping experience and a social occasion, giving guests a chance to see new fashion ideas, spend time together and browse the store.

“We hope you can join us for the event,” she said.

Tickets for Fashions on Main are available at Rae Baxter’s for $25. Tickets are nonrefundable and will not be sold at the door. Seating is limited, so guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.
