The past week has been filled with Birthday and family celebrations. We celebrated my nieces birthday on Wednesday, hosted a family reunion at my parents this weekend for nearly 75 people, celebrated 5 family birthdays between the 9th and 13th, topping it off with my birthday today! A relative brought us the most intricately decorated cake I have ever received!! I happen to share the day with 2 of the greatest men I know, my father and a good family friend. Both have had major influences in my career path as a teacher, specifically in my field of Technology and Engineering.
We ended the night with a stop at our favorite local ice cream shop for a bedtime snack. Even Max got his own scoop tonight.

I sported my favorite LuLaRoe piece, the Carly, all weekend. It is simple, comfortable and stylish. So guess what?!?! My birthday gift to one lucky lady from my group is going to win one in their own size!! (You pick the size, I pick the print, it's a gift after all 😉).
