Shift Films & Affiliated Brands Intellectual Property Notice
Shift Pictures LLC and its affiliated entities strictly protect all intellectual property, including content, logos, show titles, trademarks, and the likenesses and names of our talent. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or misrepresentation of any of our intellectual property is not permitted and will result in immediate enforcement action.
This notice applies to, but is not limited to:
Shift Pictures LLC, Shift Films LLC, Haunted Garage LTD, Haunted Garage, Haunted Garage Reloaded, BTV Podcast, Confessions of a Haunted Doll Mom, Graveyard Shift Podcast, Lost Boys of Hannibal, Shift Speaks, High‑Gear Network, and Iron & Fuel.
We do not provide warnings or informal requests for removal. All infringing content must be fully removed upon discovery. Streaming and social media platforms have the authority to remove infringing content and, in cases of repeated violations, restrict or terminate channels.
We also do not tolerate the unauthorized use of our company names, show titles, or talent identities for defamatory purposes. Any false statements, impersonation, harassment, or threats of doxxing directed at our companies or personnel will be addressed through appropriate legal and platform enforcement channels.
While our programming may be entertainment‑focused in tone, our protection of intellectual property and reputation is handled with full seriousness and professionalism.
