**IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RIFTBOUND PLAYERS**

It's been a radiant weekend! Due to a record-breaking 58-player Friday night Radiance Pre-Rift and another packed house on Saturday, we've made the difficult decision to cancel Tuesday's Pre-Rift and cap tomorrow (Sunday) at 28 players. We have already started accepting payments for tomorrow's event. For those who have not yet signed up or paid, there are only 15 spots remaining. The only way to secure your spot is to sign up and pay, so either swing by tonight or right at open tomorrow (12:30PM) OR give us a call at 513-770-0170 to work out a remote payment method! Please remember to also join the event in the PlayRiftbound.com Events portal to ensure a smooth check-in. We will announce again when the sign-ups are full.

Halloween Weekend is coming up soon! On Saturday 10/31, Mavericks will be closing at 6PM so our employees and patrons can enjoy the holiday with their friends and family. That being said, we have a bunch of special Halloween events planned throughout the next couple of weeks, so make sure to stop by during our open hours for all the fun! Here's what's on the agenda:

POKEMON:
Friday 10/23 @ 7PM: HALLOWEEN EVENT! $5 entry

MAGIC: THE GATHERING:
Friday 10/30 @ 5-8:15PM: MAGIC PRESENTS: ALL LEYLINES' EVE CHAOS DRAFTS! Pick three draftable packs to draft, then begin every game with a free Leyline of Anticipation promo on the field! Price of packs + $5 entry

RIFTBOUND:
Saturday 10/31 @ 1PM: RIFTBOUND COSTUME CONTEST! We're adjusting our weekly to be a little earlier to accommodate the early close. To make up for it, patrons can dress up as their favorite Riot Games characters for a chance at extra prizes! $5 entry

ONE PIECE:
Saturday 10/31 @ 1:15PM: ONE PIECE COSTUME CONTEST! Come to our weekly dressed as your favorite One Piece character for a chance at extra prizes! $5 entry

We have our Radiance Pre-Rift schedule available for y'all to review! You may have seen these events on the Riftbound Gaming Network site, but if not, we've got you covered. Notable changes from last time--Saturday will only have one 1:30PM event, and in place of the evening event we will have the shop open on Sunday for another 1:30PM event! Friday and Saturday events are uncapped. Sunday and Tuesday events may be subject to cap based on product availability. We will assess product levels and announce any capacity changes after we get through the first two days! $30 entry per event.

Aside from Pre-Rifts, we have one additional Riftbound announcement: due to a large Regional event being hosted at Mavericks, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend's Saturday 10/10 Riftbound weekly. Players are still welcome to come in for casual play, and we will resume Saturday play after Radiance Pre-Rift weekend is over!
