We’re a “sit and fit” store, not a “throw you a box and send you on your way” store.

Take time to try your shoes/orthotics on while you’re here. We don’t care if you need to walk around in the store, do exercise moves, or even jog inside the store- we want to make sure you’re confident about your purchase.

Heel slip is not always a bad thing!
Our foot is flexible so a little slip means your foot can function properly within the shoe.

One foot is a little bigger than the other? Totally normal! We are not symmetrical beings. Always fit your shoes so that the bigger foot has enough room. Extra space on the small foot is not usually a problem, but not enough space for the bigger foot can be.

Some shoe types are made with a particular foot type in mind. If you get in a shoe made for a different foot type, chances are it’s not going to feel right. Ask your shoe fitter if you need advice on whether something is right for your foot type🦶😊

Fit doesn’t always go along with a number. The number you measure and the number you wear could be two (or three or four) totally different things! Always buy for fit, not size.

I want to share with you about a great customer of ours and his amazing transformation over the last year. RJ has lost an amazing 205 pounds in the last year! This was done with shear determination and hard work. When he came into the store, we almost didn’t recognize him. We are so proud to call him our customer and are following his journey with great excitement!
