🪩 A really neat pair of Prada heels we worked on recently.

These mirrored wedge type design came in with their soles falling and quite scuffed. We were able to keep the original sole and restore them back to a clean look. Completely redoing the soles were also an option but our team of craftsmen were able keep its orginality!

A major restoration on these once unwearable women’s snip toe boots. Along with their full sole and shine, new stacked leather heel bases were added, making an entirely new and healthy bottom half. A resoling like this gives fresh life and longevity to this pair and pairs alike, at often times longer than its factory lifespan due to our handmade construction and premium materials.

Here at , a quality resole as such ranges from a half sole to full sole at ~$150-$250, depending on what is really needed.

Adding a rubberized Toppi half sole, preferably Vibrum, to one’s Louboutin’s is a savvy move made by its owners. Not only does it preserve the color matched signature Loub red, but also adds longevity to the heel, serving as the first layer of protection to the often leather sole at the point of contact.

New leather soles and heels with a special leather condition treatment to make this pair as good as they looked the day they were first bought, many, many, years ago.

⚙️ Here’s one of our craftsmen giving a master class on the machine, called a “Num Keg”.

These vintage Prada T-strap’s gave a unique challenge not only due to the shape of the custom heel tap, but due to the degree of the angle that this kitten heel sits at.

Rather than a vertical heel stem, this one sits at a ~20-25 degree angle. A precision grinding was needed so that the heel would lay flush on the ground given its short height and angle. A job well done!

A limited edition caiman belly Lucchese with a hand tooled skull design, in for a shrinking.

Yes, a shrinking, the opposite of a boot stretching and not quite as common. This pair was stretched a bit too wide around the throats of the boot from a previous stretch job done elsewhere, thanks to our knowledgeable craftsmen we have a way to meet the desired circumfrence.

👢 Boots needing half soles prepped and ready for soling on our workbench!

We separated the sole into two layers and removed all of the welt stitching by hand, leaving it easy access to cut the excess and apply the new half sole from our leathers.
