Hey y’all 🤍 first and foremost, I just want to thank all of you that have stood by me through this life transition. I’m so excited that I finally have my office set up to be able to start working again.

I know I’ve been quiet for a little while while life has been shifting behind the scenes, but I’m ready to get back into the swing of things.

I’ll be going LIVE hopefully today or this evening to hang out, catch up, and ease back into everything 💕 I’m not sure what it is, but I have this overwhelming anxiety when it comes to starting the live. 📢Lets chat for a sec📢

So I just recently learned about something called ADHD paralysis… and y’all, it explained me to an absolute T 😅

It’s that weird stuck feeling where your brain is screaming, “you have a million things to do,” but your body’s like, “yeah, no, we’re just gonna lay here.” You care, you want to do it, you just can’t make yourself start.

You end up sitting there overthinking every little thing — which makes you even more overwhelmed — and suddenly the whole day’s gone. Then you feel guilty for not doing anything… and the cycle starts all over again. 🙃

It’s not laziness, it’s literally your brain freezing because it doesn’t know where to begin.

Does anyone else deal with this too? What helps you when you get stuck in that “I want to move, but I can’t” kind of funk? 🫶
