Great seasons are built in the off-season. Coach, remind your athletes to keep moving, prioritize sleep, and stay hydrated so they return faster, stronger, and more focused.
• Move daily: 20 minutes of purposeful activity to maintain conditioning and confidence. Keep that heartrate over 140 for the 20 minutes.
• Rest well: 7–8 hours of sleep to recover, grow, and protect against injury.
• Hydrate smart: Aim for consistent water intake throughout the day.
