Whole body weight training session. Started with legs. Squats and stiff leg dead’s to get heart rate up and just keep going for an hour plus. Heart rate between 130-145 for about 50 minutes of this training session. I have said for decades if you weight training with intensity and little rest between sets you don’t need to spend hours every week doing “cardio”. If cardio is your thing have at it, but I’d rather lift more! More being sets and reps when training like this. It is not for massive strength for sure.
