Loved creating this fascinator hat for It is included in the raffle for the event. This is such an amazing fundraiser in McKinney. Artisans paint and decorate bowls for the auction and for bowls that individuals will receive the evening of the event. This is a fundraiser that raises funds to help feed the needy. Every year several local charities are recipients of the proceeds. Go to www.emptybowlsmckinney.com to donate and bid on the artisan bowls.
