• Our July 7th Manual Lymphatic Drainage appointments are SOLD OUT, but additional appointments have been added for July 21st.
• Two new intimate yoga series begin in July with Sarah Wenstrom.
• Our monthly Guided Meditation + Sound Bath continues to be one of our favorite ways to slow down and reset.
