“Boundaries are beautiful” is added to the shop in sweatshirt form!
This phrase has meant something to me starting in graduate school when boundaries were talked about all the time. The whole meaning behind it is that it’s absolutely okay to set boundaries. Whether because of work or relationships (any kind). Boundaries are not meant to hurt but rather allow for you to feel safe, healthy and your mental health valued.

It’s in gray here but if you’d like it in a different color then just let me know!
