This weeks Post: Common Hat Mistakes That Ruin a Good Hat

A good hat will last a long time, but small habits can damage it fast.

Here are 3 common mistakes to avoid:

• Grabbing your hat by the crown
This weakens the shape over time. Pick it up by the brim instead.

• Leaving it in a hot car
Florida heat is rough on hats. Heat can dry out straw, warp felt, and shrink sweatbands.

• Hanging it on a hook too long
A hook can crush the brim or leave pressure marks. Store your hat flat, upside down on the crown, or on a proper hat stand.

Your hat works hard for you. Treat it right.
