Healing your throat chakra 💙
Your throat chakra is connected to your ability to communicate and speak your inner truth. When your throat chakra is blocked you may feel anxious to communicate, depressed, lack confidence, or possibly be fearful about speaking your truth.
To help balance your throat chakra you can try these simple acts and see how you feel. Small changes create big results!

1. Include blue into your life. The throat chakra is associated with blue, so it may be beneficial to wear jewelry with blue crystals or stones.

2. Stretch your neck! Allow the lymphatic system to open up and drain the blocked toxins and emotions. This can be done easily by stretching and massaging the area. Our race rollers are a great tool for this!

3. Use blue healing crystals! Place the crystal on your neck, wear jewelry or just carry your crystal in your pocket with you. Blue calcite is a great stone for this (linked).

4. Focus on your breathe during your meditations 🧘‍♀️ 💙 A beneficial technique called "Lion's Breath" is believed to aid in clearing blockages in your throat chakra. Breathe in through your nose and when you exhale stick your tongue out, open your eyes wide and let your breathe be loud like a lion's roar!

We are back! If your heart is aching because you missed our social presence on here, I am here to guide you through some ways to heal your heart and open your heart chakra.
When we think of hearts most will envision pink/red, love, maybe broken hearts, or pain.
Your heart stores many emotions that can inhibit different symptoms throughout your body. When we feel happiness and joy we can thank our hearts for shedding those feelings throughout us. However, your heart can also hold negative emotions and energies such as anger, fear and anxiety. This can feel like chest pain, fluttering in your chest, maybe panic attack symptoms.
Our bodies are quick to hold onto energies even if we don't realize it. Your heart chakra is green and shows up as the element, air. As the air around you circulates the same goes for your heart, circulating your blood, along with positive or negative energies throughout your body. . .

Holiday Harvest 🍂🍊
Quick & easy to make, potpourri, decor or garnish with dehydrated oranges & grapefruits.
At our home we don't use synthetic fragrance (candles, wax burners, because well, TOXIC) & during the holidays I LOVE having the house smell like the season. Adding fresh or dehydrated oranges, cinnamon sticks, rosemary & mulling spices to some boiled water is the perfect non toxic "candle". I put this in a crock pot on low heat to keep the scent going all day.
