THE LEVITE MANDATE
​For the Minister of Movement

​"The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life." — John 10:10 (NLT)

​Smokescreen: A distraction. A cloud of smoke used to hide people or things. A trick to conceal real plans. A false story or action that keeps people from seeing the truth.

​The enemy wants us off course—to fall for the lies, manipulation, and distractions. He wants us so busy surviving and doing life that we become blinded to his tactics.

​Growing up, I would always hear, "Anything worth having is worth fighting for." Are you fighting for the abundant life God promises?
​Jesus already paid the ultimate price so that we may have eternal life. But He also wants the best for us right now: to walk in His will for our lives today. He has given us the keys to the Kingdom on earth. He has given us His Word and His Holy Spirit. Now, it’s up to each of us to war and fight for it. God’s promises are worth it.

​I pray that God continues to strengthen each of us—that wisdom, revelation, and strategy are imparted to us so that we may continue to fight the good fight and possess the land.

The LEVITE MANDATE
For the Minister of Movement

​"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." — Proverbs 4:23

The song lyrics come to mind:

"Our hearts cry
Be magnified
In this your holy temple
In this your holy place
And we will rise
To Zion's heights
To praise and glorify
Unified, And oh how we love You
Oh how we praise You
Oh how we worship, oh Lord
Oh how we love You, yes we do
Oh how we praise You"

God's heart cries for His people—the lost, the brokenhearted. When we minister, our hearts should align with our Father's heart. Do we pray and seek His face? Do our hearts truly desire to see people saved, delivered, healed, and restored through the ministry of movement? Are we overjoyed when someone comes to Christ? Do we grieve for those suffering? Simply put, are we ministers of reconciliation?

​Call to Action: It's time for a heart check. Let's ask God to do surgery where needed.

THE LEVITE MANDATE
For the Minister of Movement

"One day the evil spirit answered them, 'Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?'" (Acts 19:15 NIV)

You cannot shift an atmosphere where you lack authority.

Levites were called to carry the Presence. It was a divine assignment given to them from God. As a minister of movement, if we want to shift an atmosphere through dance, we must first be aligned with God - the One that gave us the call. Authority cannot be "performed." It is granted to you from God through your faith, consecration, and relationship with him.

Question for Today: Are you carrying the authority of God, or are you a counterfeit performer—mimicking from others?
