Delivery time for international customers 7-14 business days, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Please see USPS.COM for estimated delivery times. Package tracking may or may not be available in your country. Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 6 or more weeks for delivery. In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your latest purchase, I offer you the choice to Return the item(s) to me for a refund or Exchange your item(s) with a different item(s) within 7 days of order receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please return it for a 95% refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your item. Please notify me in 24 hours after receiving your order if you want to make a return and also please tell me the details about the reason why you would make a return. Item(s) must be in their original new condition and have not been used. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Items returned that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a $6.00 return shipping fee. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. All shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable. Items listed as final sale as well as custom orders are non-refundable. EXCHANGES:
Please contact me and let me know which product(s) would you like (specify the color & style) in exchange for your original purchase. Send me the items in new/unused condition. Item(s) ordered for exchange must be in stock. In case the items are out of stock, I will process the exchange order only once the item(s) are back in stock and available. I will email you once your exchange order has been processed at my end and shipped to you. This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidentally damaged by you, the customer. CUSTOM ORDERS:
Karlie Anne Designs gladly welcome customized and personalized orders. To make a custom order please feel free to contact me anytime to discuss the details. When you request a custom order payment must be submitted within 1 business day, otherwise order will be canceled. No partial payments on any orders please. Time to complete a custom order can take up to two weeks, after receiving full payment + shipping time. While processing an order I keep a customer updated. Custom orders are not refundable. Some colors for your custom order may be out of stock, it may take additional 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. Thanks for understanding!
