I’m still on a high… Landed in Manila on Sept 5, right as SuperManila Comic Con kicked off. Finally met Trese co-creator Budjette Tan and Ian Sta. Maria after so many virtual calls. Both are based outside the PH, so having everyone in the same room was a real treat also hangin out with the legendary Karen and the real Hank! I wanted to stay longer but the jet lag was kicking in.

Hot Tropiks is heading to Manila!
First up: On Sept 5, we’re going to be roaming the halls at Super Manila. It’s been a while since we’ve gone and we’re super excited. Super Manila is an amazing con and we can’t wait to show global folks what it’s like!

Next, we’ll be gearing up for MIBF from Sept 9 to 12! (We won’t be there on the 13th.) When we’re not catching up on our scheduled meetings, you can mostly find us hanging out at RAYGUN Press’s booth (2-127). Come say hi. We can’t wait to read and share more fantastic stories from the Philippines!
