This dress style is inspired from an original in my collection. Draw a ribbon through the neck yoke and waistband to adjust for multiple toddler sizes.
Detailed work with hand guaging the skirt then attaching to the bodice by hand stitches. Also handstitched buttonholes with glass buttons.

Measurements are of the garment. Please measure your little one
This is in the TODDLER size range
