Get ready for your upcoming race
Thank you for registering for the Eagle Fun Days 5k/10k FUN runs! We are excited to see you this Saturday morning
July 13th at Merrill Park in Eagle!

The 10K will be starting at 9am and
The 5k will be starting at 9:15am

After the run, stick around the park for a pancake breakfast provided by the Eagle Police Dept. The pancake breakfast is free for all registered run participants and for those not registered $3/person.



Packet Pick up:
Packet pick up will be race morning at the entrance to the park starting at 7am! You will receive your t-shirt and a bib with a timing chip! Make sure you are there in plenty of time to pick up your items before the race.

Racer Information:
10k starts at 9am
5k starts at 9:15am

All runners will need to wear their bib on the front of their shirt. And it may be hot, so please bring a water bottle to carry in between aid stations.

The 5k will have 1 aid station
the 10k will have 2 aid stations


Course Information:
The course is mostly an out and back but does loop in the middle for both races, The courses will be marked with colored arrows on the ground, so be sure to pay attention- the color for your race will be announced at the start of the event.


Post Race:
Pancakes will be cooking on the griddle at 9:30am, be sure to stick around to enjoy the park and celebrate your accomplishment- and head on into downtown Eagle to enjoy everything else Eagle Fun Days has to offer!

Just a reminder the Idaho Trail Ultra Series 2023 end of season party is THIS Saturday at The Pulse Running and Fitness Shop at 6pm!

We will award those who participated in the 2023 season and announce all races and any changes to the 2024 season!
There will be entries to races raffled off and an opportunity to have your shoes screwed for the season (please comment below If you want this done so we have an idea of how many screws we need).

There will be ITUS sweatshirts and sweatpants for sale for $35 each at the party, however if you want to save a buck or 5 head over to the Pulse website and pre order! https://www.pulserunning.com/shop

The Pulse will be having sales on all remaining inventory - Shoes 45% off, apparel 70% off, nutrition 30% off, sunglasses 40% off, headphones 30% off, etc. If it's in the store... it's on SALE!!! It's a good time to stock up!!

This party is done potluck style! So please bring something to share and comment below with what you are bringing so we don't end up with 200 desserts and no food 🙂 ! We will provide water and soda, if you would like something else to drink please feel free to bring it!
