Hi everyone! 👋 visit in person..get to know us…

We’re Jennifer and Debbie Williams, the mother-daughter team behind Williams & Co Design, based right here in the East Valley.

We specialize in creating beautiful, functional homes through interior design, home styling, seasonal decorating, custom furnishings, window treatments, and full-home transformations. Our passion is helping clients create spaces that reflect their personalities while making everyday living more enjoyable.

Between the two of us, we bring decades of experience in design, real estate, staging, sales, and home merchandising. We truly believe that every great home starts with a vision, and we love partnering with homeowners to bring that vision to life.

When we’re not designing homes, you’ll find us running our boutique, supporting local businesses, baking sourdough, cheering on our family at sporting events, and connecting with other amazing women entrepreneurs throughout the Phoenix area.

3 Things That Drive me crazy in Home Design 🤭

1. Everything matching perfectly – Your home should feel collected, not like it came straight off a showroom floor.
2. Tiny rugs floating in a room – If the rug looks like it’s trying to escape the furniture, it’s too small.
3. Decor with no personality – A beautiful home should tell your story, not look like a catalog page.

✨ Bonus(crazy): Word signs that literally say “EAT,” “LAUNDRY,” or “GATHER.” We already know what happens there.

This project came to us as a complete blank slate. Sometimes that’s exciting, and sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming—but that’s where we thrive. We had the best time curating every detail of this family’s second Arizona home, creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and uniquely theirs.

From furnishings and finishes to the smallest decorative details, every selection was made with purpose. There’s nothing better than turning an empty house into a home filled with personality and style.
