This frigid New England weather is making me want to do just that. I’m taking a little time to relax and unwind this afternoon and watching The Midwives on Netflix with a glass of 🍷. What are you up to?

Isn’t it amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do for a room?! My husband and I are working through all the bedrooms and bathrooms to add new trim. Some of the trim was original with the house and some upgraded which made for a mish mosh of trim in every room. I can’t get over the difference that nice trim makes in a space. Our last bedroom to do is my stepdaughters and then I promised my husband I’d leave him alone till next fall/winter... we’ll see how good I do with that 😬🤣

•last thing im considering for this room is curtains... what do you think? Curtains or no curtains? (See poll in stories)

Happy Sunday! We finally have a little sun shining today! My built-in and door is finally painted (and partially styled 😉). Now for the rest of the room... in the meantime I’m loving this beautiful Arctic Gray by Benjamin Moore.

Happy Friday everyone! This bathroom is officially DONE! I finally picked out and painted this vanity. I’ve been wanting a little green in my home and this was the perfect spot!

Painting is my “therapy” in the winter. I feel like it’s so good for my anxiety to have a creative outlet. What do you do to get through the winter months?

First project of 2021 is almost complete! We just need to paint the cabinets.

I haven’t been on a whole lot because our Etsy shop has been slammed with orders. Thank you to all who supported our little business this year!

Slowly but surely we are getting this space done! If you could see the mess behind this photo you would cringe 😬
But we got our curtains up (on this wall anyways) and the bed is painted (refer to last photo before it was painted).
This was how I’ve envisioned this room and I’m so happy with how it’s coming together!

Perfect way to end any evening. 🍷
Did you see my poll in my stories last night? I asked if you prefer red or white wine and it was a tie! I love all wine but I love to have red in the cooler months. Somehow it feels warming and cozy to me.

It sure is feeling like winter today with the snow we got. I’m happy to share this home with the love of my life. My husband is that comforting hand when nothing else seems right. ❤️
