As I take a moment to stroll through the Fashion District of Los Angeles, where COPALA’s showroom is located, I’m reminded of how important it is to pause, reflect, and reset.

The pause allows presence. It slows things down so we can focus. Resetting is an essential part of any journey. When I’m not achieving the outcome i@intended. I have to create change, and therefore I must be the one to accept change. To grow, I welcome the challenge the change presents. Everything can be a lesson.

Growth isn’t always comfortable. It stretches us, sometimes painfully, as we expand beyond the walls and boundaries we once accepted. In that expansion lies the new, places we didn’t know were possible.

Reflection isn’t starting over. It’s building from the base of wisdom gained from the last cycle.

At COPALA, we’re making the reset feel good, with ethically made clothes that support your journey. When you feel good, you look good.
