What’re your thoughts? 💭👇🏽

Through my personal journey of growth I’ve noticed how cruel I could be to myself along the journey. Especially during the times when I couldn’t make sense of, or make the stage I was at sound like I had my s**t together.

Then I found peace in completely normalizing the in between stages. Not needing my journey to sound like anything other than what it is. Sometimes an absolutely stressful mess. Though another could view it so, I personally found the light, hope and power in that mess. It was ultimately guiding me.

Some of us may have grown up feeling that we needed to only display the good things because we couldn’t be vulnerable. Or that that information isn’t safe with just anyone, and you’re right. It’s not always safe with anyone, but what’s even more important is you being okay with being there. No matter what someone decides to do, or how they decide to judge your in between stages.

When you’ve lived in personal hell for long enough what really matters to you starts to shift. Have you ever explored with the idea of accepting your stages no matter how another would view them? Have you found it difficult to do?

Position: assistant for a crystal jewelry designer

Part time

Starting pay: $15/hour

Hours: 1-2x a week, at least 5 hours for the day starting out, with possibility of offering more hours as we grow. Shifts can be flexible to your schedule as long as you can commit to being able to show up 1-2 times a week for at least 5 hours. The shift usually starts around 12-1pm and is open to beginning a bit later if needed.

Requirements:

- A female that has an interest in learning how to make simple jewelry that includes wire wrapping.

- Basic skills and an interest that allows you to be able to do small tasks such as, putting together shipping boxes, packaging orders, cutting up thank you cards, learning to file jewelry and make simple jewelry pieces.

Job description:

TrueSpirit Co. is looking for a motivated, yet easy going individual to fulfill simple tasks that assist CEO, Lani with regular day to day order processing of her crystal jewelry line. You’ll be met with a cozy, laid back environment that prioritizes creating a zen environment for you as you work. The company prioritizes your well being as this work is all about a positive healing energy exchange. Miniature water falls, incense, Himalayan salt lamps, meditation music and crystals all welcome you to join a shift as you fulfill the following tasks.

- packaging orders
- Learning to make simple jewelry and some simple wire work (tools provided)
- Making thank you cards
- Printing shipping labels
- Filing jewelry pieces to complete them and things alike.

About the company:

TrueSpirit Co. is a small, but developing company devoted to making fun, unique, minimalistic crystal products to assist those along their spiritual healing journey that resonate with crystals. The creator is a reiki practitioner who prides herself on making healing jewelry that brings the receivers good vibrations. The studio is located near Burbank, CA. A small male pup joins during shifts so we ask that whomever applies is okay with small dogs in the environment.
