Once packages are with the shipping company, we have no control over what happens. This includes incorrect addresses & packages with insufficient address information for the shipping company. Personalized items (apparel with line names, numbers, initiation info, chapter info, etc.) We are a very small business and are unable to provide refunds for such items. if you have items that cannot be refun
ded or returned, you will be given a 25% off coupon for your next order. If a personalized item needs to be fixed please email [email protected] the subject must include the order number and "item fix". Solutions are on a case-by-case basis, and I will do my best to find the best solution. If that information is missing it will be interpreted as a return/refund which will be flagged and not given the appropriate attention. Uncustomized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund. Returns will only be accepted with an email regarding the order and the reason for the return. Issues that are out of my control do not qualify for a return or refund.
