21 days fasting challenge ✅ In recent years, I have begun to understand and experience the seemingly intangible relationship between physical and mental health. Good health, as we know is more than a disease-free body. Good health, is a stress-free frame of mind and vibrant energy. When one cleanses, toxic waste is removed and disease is removed. The process also causes feelings of toxicity and a range of negative emotions, as if the emotions are stored with the waste. When you cleanse, a total sense of well-bring can be created for your system. This every year 21-days fasting challenge has a very meaningful and spiritual purpose, self-discipline and a new state of wellness. This pic was taken in Jan 2nd, 2018, at the beginning of one the most challenging years of my life. Suddenly this pic appears during this fasting reminding me that “ God turns my darkness into light”. I have not doubt that in 2020, The best is really yet to come into my life! Believe, declare, affirm, fast, pray and repeat!

At the opening of the James Beard award-winning Chef, Michael Schwartz, another cool-concept restaurant dubbed ‘Tigertail + Mary’ and unveiling of the 🇨🇴Fernando Botero sculpture —— Mujer Vestida —— Followed by a private screening of the film ‘Botero,’ which was showcased at the Miami Film Festival. Botero, which is a poetic chronicle film of the painter’s life and art was displayed in the exclusive amphitheater in Park Grove. @ Tigertail + Mary

Mi ejemplo a seguir eres tú, querida madre, porque no hay en el planeta una persona más cálida, amorosa y con una fortaleza inigualable. Soy muy afortunada porque Dios me entregó en tus brazos y decidió que fueras mi mamá, mi modelo a seguir y mi primer amor. Eres mi ejemplo no solo por tu belleza física sino por tu belleza interior, por ser una mujer virtuosa y que ama a Dios infinitamente. Mi ejemplo eres por tu sencillez y por amar a todos los que te rodean de una forma simple y natural. En ti todo es transparente. Se te puede ver el carácter, lo que piensas, con solo mirar tu rostro.

Eres tierna como pocas. Sabes ser cariñosa en el momento exacto y ofrecer tu amor a todos como si el mundo entero estuviera falto de cariño. Tu simpatía y afección no tienen días malos u horas inoportunas. Siempre estás dispuesta para dar afecto, comprender, aconsejar y perdonar. Admiro tu valentía, quien te conoce no puede decir que la belleza, la feminidad y el arrojo no lo pueden encontrar en una misma mujer. Sabes ser valiente sin perder la delicadeza y no temes lanzarte a la lucha de la vida para conquistar tus sueños. Tu valentía de criar a 3 hijos sin dejar de ser esposa, hija, amiga, trabajadora y mujer, te hace grande. Te destacas por tu entereza. La integridad de tu carácter me contagia. Gracias a tu ejemplo aprendí a tener esos valores invaluables, me regalasteis tus principios y pensamientos. Toda tu familia te adora y te respeta por ser una mujer dadivosa, generosa y amorosa! What’s the best thing about architecture blogs? You barely have to do any reading. Filled with images that transcend words, there is so much visual inspiration to be found on the web without having to do much searching yourself. There is a strong selection of well-known architecture and design blogs, but if you dig a little deeper you can come across some less publicised blogs too which also curate a depth of architectural ingenuity, design innovation and amazing artwork. is a site dedicated to the discussion of contemporary architecture, art and design. It presents articles and videos with commentary around new designs, research and issues in the design world.
