Hawkers is a modern Asian restaurant chain. Very well priced food in a cool setting. Good music and fun decor combine to make it a pleasant stop. The food is good, well portioned and creative. Great place to stop off for a fun meal with friends.

Quinto is a South American restaurant in the Brickell City Center in Miami. It is an expensive rooftop spot but very beautiful and has a great ambience. Their Sunday brunch is an $80 per person deal for all you can eat and all you can drink. It comes out to about $95 after tax and tip but the food is really good, portions are big and the drinks are strong. They do have a strict two hour time limit, but this deal is worth the bang for your buck.

Between 2 Buns has the best burger in Vancouver — the Jalapeño Bacon Cheeser. Double smash patty burger that comes loaded with cheese and toppings, it’s a big burger. The waffle fries are perfectly grilled and seasoned. Get them “dirty” for a truly delicious side. This place keeps it simple with burgers and fries and delivers. Pricing isn’t cheap but worth it for the large portions and great flavor. Must try burger in Van.

Nightingale is nice restaurant that serves “Canadian food” but is really quite Italian. The have patio seating for the good weather and a nice environment indoors with lush, gold surroundings. The food is very good but the price is quite steep. Solid spot for a higher end meal.

Menjurjería is a higher-end Mexican restaurant that also serves many cuts of meat. The food is good and comes in very solid portions but the main attraction is the ambiance. Very fun decor with popular music, each dish and drink is a complete show. Fire, smoke and tombstones adorn each dish. Very cool experience at a reasonable price.

El Recorte is a sports bar with a focus on soccer and seafood. The food is delicious and very well priced. The portion size is also good, so it’s a great bang for your buck. TVs cover all the walls so you will not miss your game. They nail the sports bar atmosphere and the food is also great, a true win-win.

The Eatery is a super unique sushi spot in Kitsilano, Vancouver. The vibe is very fun and eccentric as the restaurant is adorned with crazy decorations — gigantic light up Jordan shoes, sharks eating bras, anime characters and candles inside Sapporo bottles. There is a live DJ that sets a great vibe inside. The food is delicious and innovative and comes with funny names like bacon st******se, captain crunch and miss piggy roll. Well priced and very solid portions, the eatery is a must visit in Vancouver.

Fish market right on the water in Corniche with excellent views of the bay and 974 beach. You get to select your fish from a long lineup of all varieties and then choose seasoning and how it’s cooked. The fish is excellent and well portioned but a little expensive. Great vibes, definitely a cool place for a meal with a view.

Guu Original Thurlow is a Japanese Izakaya restaurant that offers specialty menus for lunch and dinner curated by the chef each day. The food is incredible and comes at a very reasonable price. The portions are large and the staff is super friendly. Make a reservation because it gets packed! Check in their Instagram to see their daily specialty menus which always have limited, unique items. Must try in Vancouver
