The Twisted Styxx lost a good friend and family member last night. Please send some prayers to the family of Cheryl (Momma) Flatt. We all love her and her family as ours and shared such great memories with her. My heart absolutely aches for this great family. Sending much love and prayers your way.

I have waited to post this because I'm still numb. Saturday April 29th my soul mate, loving husband Alan Poling passed away. He was at home surrounded by family. He fought this for so long and he was one tough *********. I'm at a loss, and so are the girls and the grandsons.

We got to take a long vacation in March all 8 of us and he enjoyed every minute of it. He drove a C8 Corvette on the track in Bowling Green, Toured the factory and Museum. We spent time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in a Beautiful Home on 37 acres with a stocked pond for fishing. He fished with the boys and it was Amazing. Unfortunately he did not get to see his Corvette finished but everyone is still working on it, we want it finished and at a car show ASAP in his memory.

This is one of the hardest things I have ever been through, I'm sorry I waited to let everyone know but we just needed time as a family. We are still grieving so if you message us please be patient we will answer when we can.

We will have a Celebration of Life (Party) later this year at our home and I will let everyone know the date and time as soon as we figure it out. He loved all of you and was grateful for your thoughts and prayers. Thank you all for the support over the last few years.

The Twisted Styxx will be back up and running soon!

After much thought I've decided to try and bring the Styxx back in a few months. I love it and enjoy all of you. Our family is going through hell right now, and we need all of our friends and family more than ever. Alan's last PET scan was not what we had hoped for, I will go into detail at some point in time just not now. We are trying new treatments starting on the 30th and are very hopeful with the success rate of these new treatments. 1 was just approved in August 2022.

Please keep the prayers, good thoughts, well wishes and happy juju coming. We are open to anything. Also know that Alan is feeling good and along with volunteers and great friends he has been working on his corvette. If you have knowledge of Mechanical, interior (David I know you have most of the interior covered) Suspension, Brakes or high performance parts and want to help please send me a message.

I'm also looking for a body/paint shop that works with fiberglass and candy paint. Suggestions are appreciated, I would like to send this car to paint as soon as we have it back together.
