Marie is still hosting Aerobic work out classes during the week! Here are the hours:
Monday and Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30pm
Tuesday and Friday 9:30 to 10:30 am
***Classes are held at L&M Dancewear in a separate spread out room! A fun filled class for all ages where exercise meets dance and choreography.
$5 for class admission, call L&M at: 732-868-0232 to secure your spot!❗️
