On this day 21 years ago lives were lost and changed forever. Our prayers & thoughts are with the families that made sacrifices for us all. Our prayers are also with all of the first responders, families & survivors. 🙏🏾

September is National Su***de Prevention Month. The su***de numbers are increasing for children and adults. Knowing the signs of suicidal thoughts/actions and stepping in to get them help can save a life. You never know what someone is going through, sometimes the people with the biggest smiles are struggling the most. A few kind words, a smile and time to listen to them could make a difference. Take time to listen to what people are saying and how they are feeling.
