One thing I’ve learned this past year:

The hardest part isn’t the work.
It’s believing in the vision before anyone else can see it.

Before there was a storefront, there was a cart.
Before there were customers, there was preparation.
Before there was proof, there was faith.

Sometimes God gives you a vision long before He reveals the full plan.

Keep planting. Keep building. Keep trusting.

The harvest doesn’t arrive the same day the seed is planted.

From Farmers Market to Brick & Mortar.

One year ago, I set up my charcuterie cart at the farmers market and made my very first official sale. Yesterday, exactly one year later, Luxe Boards & Bites Charcuterie Shop celebrated its Grand Opening.

What a difference a year can make.

This journey has been filled with prayer, hard work, lessons learned, and countless moments of trusting God with each next step. There were many times I didn’t know what the future would hold, but I kept asking Him to lead the way. Looking back now, I can see His faithfulness in every part of the journey.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, shared a post, invited a friend, left a comment, or simply cheered me on from afar. Your support has meant more than you know.

I am incredibly grateful for this community and excited to serve you all through beautiful food, meaningful gatherings, and edible works of art.

My oldest turned 16 this week and we celebrated yesterday with his friends. He requested a charcuterie sweet 16, and that wish was granted! He was very pleased! 🧀🍇

A few recent boards that made it out of the kitchen and into some really special moments lately.

One thing I love about Luxe Boards & Bites is that no two orders ever look exactly the same. Different events, different styles, different stories behind each one.

From an elevated picnic to date nights to baseball games to various celebration or “just because” orders… getting to create for all of it is something I’ll never take lightly.

A lot has been happening behind the scenes lately… and now I can finally share it!! 🤗

This month marks ONE YEAR of Luxe Boards & Bites. What started as a small idea and a charcuterie cart has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

And now… we’re going brick & mortar!

I’m officially opening a small Luxury Charcuterie Shop for Luxe Boards & Bites. A place where creativity, community, and custom charcuterie come together in person.

The past year has been full of farmers markets, private events, custom boards, late nights, learning curves, risks, growth, and so much support from this community. Every order, share, recommendation, and encouraging message helped build this.

This is only the beginning. 💚🍇🧀🎉
