Yea, that's a noble task, but we sell t-shirts to broaden scope and advertise the goal, with a portion of all proceeds going to fund Women's Development and Advocacy.

Maybe you’re like, huh? What do you mean?

What does gender equality and women’s advocacy have to do with becoming a doctor??

Gender equality is all about raising the bar and creating the space for women to seek the same opportunities as men. It’s that simple.

I mean, if you still want to marry a doctor, mad props to you girl, go get him!

BUT if you want to be the doctor, or whatever else it is that you want to be, the power is within you to go for it. And having gender equality makes it so that you can with barriers that aren’t related to your gender. (For all those non-binary folx too!)

lol, how many quotes can I get into one post? Maybe that's a challenge for myself.

It sounds stupid, but like Taylor Swift, there are things that just don't fit. For me, it's lace. I f-ing hate it - I see it on my body and it makes me want to bust the mirror.

Why? I have no idea, but it physically makes me uncomfortable. Almost like I'm telling a lie. It's a very bizarre feeling, but it's real.

So, I don't wear lace. And it doesn't matter.

External definitions of you don't matter. You know who you are, F the rest.

When you bring up topics like:
🤬 Gender Equality
🤬 Reproductive Rights
🤬 The Wage Gap
🤬 Violence against Women

It feels like we're on mute. Who else feel's like this?

You don't have to agree, understand, or even try. Kind of like scrolling on social media - a wise women once told me that you don't always have to engage. (You know who you are 😉 )
