When I first started sewing, I never imagined where this journey would take me. What began with ribbon skirts, beadwork, and pieces created from my own hands has evolved into a dream of bringing Indigenous stories to the world stage.

Today, I introduce you to:

TOVAR ATELIER

A name that represents growth, artistry, and the future I am building.

Every creation will continue to carry the same foundation of my culture, my ancestors, my connection to the land, and the stories that inspire me.

This is not the end of where I began.

It is the evolution of everything I have built.

I asked you all whether this corset needed light blue or dark blue cups, and the overwhelming winner was LIGHT BLUE!🩵

This piece is far from finished, though. Next up is hand-placing pearls and crystals to bring this ocean-inspired corset to life🌊🐚

I can’t wait to show you the final reveal, it’s about to get a whole lot sparklier✨

Made this custom ribbon shirt for a coworker and friend, featuring his family colors: brown, white, yellow, purple, and green🤍💛💜💚🤎

Every ribbon shirt tells a story, and I love bringing those stories to life through fabric and ribbon. What people don’t always see is the amount of measuring, spacing, and math that goes into making everything line up perfectly. Ribbon shirts never fail to put my math degree to the test😅📏
