For centuries, oak has been used for ships, homes, barrels, furniture, flooring and tools because it’s dense, durable and built to last. It also has one of the most recognizable grain patterns in woodworking, which is why it still shows up everywhere from old barns to bourbon barrels to high-end furniture.

That history is a big part of what makes oak such a cool material to work with today. It feels classic, rugged and familiar but every piece still has its own grain and character.

A material with a few hundred years of stories behind it never really goes out of style.

A great product deserves great headwear, and these custom wood hats turned out sharp. We paired their logo with real wood patches in maple, cherry and mahogany to give each colorway its own look.
