Etsy has permanently closed my shop without explanation. I initially opened my shop 17 years ago and have perfect feedback with a total of over 3000 sales.
I suspect that my credit card expired while I was on vacation which will have left an unpaid bill. The crazy part is that I can't access my account to update the CC and pay the bill!
I filed an appeal which was supposed to be reviewed within 2 weeks ago. Two weeks have passed and I've heard nothing.
To say I'm disillusioned with Etsy is an understatement!
Watch this space and please keep your fingers crossed for me.
