Happy September!

I've been soaking up as much summer as possible but also getting prepped and ready for some exciting events coming up!

It's my first time joining this event and I could not be more thrilled!

September 19:
St. Louis Park Art Fair— MN
This has become a fall favorite of mine. It's only one day so be sure to come out and join the fun!

September 20:
Local Love Markets
I can't wait to return to Honour Coffee | Coffee & Acai Shop for another great day hosted in conjunction with Hannah Swenson

September 26:
And then we cap off the month with the return of our monthly A La Carte Candle Class in the studio at AudreyRose Vintage and The Mullet

Y'all have outdone yourselves. From the bottom of my heart - thank you! 🫶🏼

It was hot. There was a schedule change. But everyone came out in full force to support Flicker & Fizz this weekend and it truly means the world. ❤️

I have a new record sales weekend thanks to you all. Last year's Minnehaha Falls Art Fair was my previous personal best and you helped me break that record even with Friday's cancellation. ‼️

It's because of your tremendous support that I can keep dreaming and scheming for how I want to grow this daydream of mine. I truly could not do any of this without you. 🙌🏼

A huge thanks to everyone at Homespun Events for your organization and dedication to supporting the local creative community. You're a dream and I can't wait to do it all again next year. 🌞

I'll be taking the month of August off from festivals but will be back at it in September to officially kick off candle season! 🕯️

Thank you all for a tremendous first day at the Minnehaha Falls Art Fair by Homespun Events You kept me so busy yesterday I barely had any free time to say hi on socials!

But I'm all set up and ready for day two and can't wait to see you out here until 5 pm today!

The Minnehaha Falls Art Fair is one of my favorite summer events and I have so many new beauties and cuties to share with you this weekend!

Some important updates:

Friday's portion of the event has been cancelled due to hazardous air quality from the wildfires up north. The forecast looks better for Saturday and Sunday. Please be safe, and hope to see you during the fair's modified hours:

Where to find Flicker & Fizz at Minnehaha Falls:

We'll be in Booth #320 in the Red Section behind the Performance Pavilion.

In addition to our signature candle & cocktail sets, we'll also have a selection of one-of-a-kind single vintage candles available for $25 each. Throughout the year, I set aside the unique odds and ends from my collections to offer at the art fair, honoring its tradition of having every artist include pieces priced under $30. They're limited, eclectic, and always fun to browse!

I'll also be bringing back my annual Christmas in July Sale! Enjoy 40% off all holiday items. It's the perfect chance to stock up for the season ahead—or tuck away a few gifts before the holiday rush.

Between the one-of-a-kind vintage finds, signature candle & cocktail sets, and Christmas markdowns, there will be plenty of treasures waiting at my booth. I can't wait to see you there!

Studio Restock

Important update for this weekend's Minnehaha Falls Art Fair from Homespun Events

Friday's portion of the art fair is cancelled due to hazardous air quality conditions from the wildfires up north. Things are looking much more favorable for Saturday and Sunday, but follow them for official updates.

You can find Flicker & Fizz in Booth #320 in the red section behind the performance pavilion. I have so many new beauties and cuties to share with you, plus an assorted singles section and my annual Christmas in July holiday markdowns.

STUDIO RESTOCK:

For anyone who has concerns about being outside this weekend, I will also be restocking my Grab & Go shelves in my studio at AudreyRose Vintage in time for this month's The Mullet Makers + Vintage Market taking place on Saturday from 11am to 5pm.

It's Stone Arch Bridge Festival Weekend!

This Father's Day Weekend, join us along with over 200 artists along the iconic Mississippi Riverfront in Downtown Minneapolis for the 32nd Annual Stone Arch Bridge Festival. This is our second year participating and I have a feeling it's going to be one of our best weekends yet!

I'll be bringing close to 100 unique sets of vintage treasures in every color of the rainbow, plus some gorgeous glittery gold leaf pieces that are sure to make collectors swoon. Sneak a peek below to check things out!

Where to Find Flicker & Fizz

We will be posted up at Booth #147 in the section of the festival just south of the Hennepin Avenue Bridge right behind the Post Office. If you visited us last year, we're in the same general area.

Cheers to What's Next!

Here's what we have coming up on our summer docket:

June 13 + 14: AudreyRose Fest | 3508 Snelling Ave, Mpls
AudreyRose Vintage - my studio mate and hostess with the mostest - is celebrating 2 years at their current location and we will be joining the party all weekend long! There will be 20+ guest vintage and handmade vendors, along with food, treats, and coffee. The celebration also coincides with the broader Longfellow Neighborhood Garage Sale weekend.

On Saturday, June 13, I will be hosting my monthly A La Carte Candle Class at 12pm. Only two seats remain, so grab a friend and come on out! Grab your tickets here: https://www.flickerfizz.com/candlemaking-classes

On Sunday, June 14, I will be having an open studio session where you can see me in action as I pour inventory for upcoming shows. I'll also be having a studio clear-out garage sale to make room for new things.

June 20 + 21: Stone Arch Bridge Festival | West River Parkway, Downtown Minneapolis Riverfront
Join Flicker & Fizz for our second Stone Arch appearance! The downtown riverfront is one of my favorite places in all of Minneapolis and we'll have a front row seat to all the fun.

July 17 - 19: Minnehaha Falls Art Fair | Minnehaha Falls Park, Mpls
I can't imagine a more wonderful place to be rounding out our summer festival schedule than Minnehaha Falls Park in South Minneapolis. With live music, 200+ regional artists, food trucks, and eats from Sea Salt, it's the perfect place for celebrating summer.

After Minnehaha Falls, I'll be taking the rest of summer off to enjoy some travel and sunshine. And also to start stocking up for the fall and holiday season! Plus I have already begun daydreaming plans for my 1 year studio anniversary in November, but we won't get ahead of ourselves now.
