In light of recent events within the book community, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the disappointment and financial strain some authors and vendors experienced at a recent convention. Our hearts go out to everyone affected—we understand how much time, trust, and money goes into preparing for these events.

At Fables & Flames, we believe in transparency, community, and delivering on promises. That’s why we’ve made intentional investments in doing this right:

We’ve hired a dedicated PR & Marketing team to ensure visibility and attendance.

We are working with professionals in advertising and media outreach to expand our reach.

Our event is powered by 11 committed staff members and 30+ passionate volunteers who are all deeply invested in the success of this Gala.

Every decision we make is with authors, vendors, sponsors, and attendees in mind—and we strive to provide clear communication, strong organization, and follow-through.

We’re not just throwing an event—we’re building an experience filled with wonder, connection, and care. You deserve a convention that respects your time, effort, and investment, and we’re here to make that happen.
