Gear Head Cycling Apparel Cycling apparel My name is Jordan. All stiff brims are made from repurposed plastic, and almost all other materials are from local fabric suppliers.

I sew all of Gear Head's hats here in Minneapolis for distribution at local bike shops and to individuals who like to bike (or like to look good). Screen printing is also done by hand for all of these great accessories.

Every Year on Super Bowl weekend, Minneapolis holds the worlds biggest drunk alleycat bike race. The proprietors of this year's event invited me to make hats for participants. The race was a blast and more than 350 took part in the festivities!
