The Hope Health and Humor Benefit is this Tuesday, August 12th from 5-8pm Hall 1325 Quincy Street, Mpls., get Tickets at Mplsheart.org/hhh. Hosted by the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation and will feature Venders, food & beverage and panel experts in women’s heart health. This event is near and dear to me as a survivor of a heart attack just 2 years ago. Join us and get educated or just support the cause!

So much fun being a part of the Stone Arch Festival this past weekend! Thank you to ALL the organizers, staff and volunteers who worked so hard and were always there to help! It was a tough weekend with the news of what happened overnight, it helped being around people talking and sharing thoughts of where we are at the moment. They are not forgotten, they were not ignored.🙏
