Arlee Park handpicked nostalgic & modern goods & threads arlee park was started by an overcrowded shelf of thrifted vintage items, mostly including copper goodies.

knowing that someone would enjoy some of these items even more so than us, we decided to make these nifty finds available to you! coming up with a name is never an easy task. with much thought, we decided to name the shop after the street we both live on only 8 blocks away. once upon a time, our grandmother, arlene, also lived on the same exact street. adding her name with a little twist was only a better way of connecting our commonalities.

our spare rooms at home are overflowing with shop items, post office trips are spaced farther apart, we work 8 blocks away from one another and use messaging for communicating. what was once where arlee park began is now where we’ve ended up for the time being. large blank walls for photos has turned back into using corners and surfaces of our homes for product images. we have absolutely no complaints as we consider ourselves lucky compared to those that are essential and are risking their health to take care of us all. we’re here holding on tight as we ride it out until we’re able to pick ourselves up again.

today we were meant to hop on a plane for a little getaway that we’ve been planning for 3 years. multiple reminders slid down my screen yesterday notifying me of a distant reality that japan was a mere 24 hours away. traveling far corners of the globe has always been our inspiration. amsterdam flooded us with all the ideas before we opened our first location and japan was certainly going to seep into our next. it will be there when this is all over, so for now, i’ll thumb through this book of minnesota and appreciate past places explored as i dream of the future ones. which part of the globe are you dreaming of lately?

arlee park turned 3 today! this date signifies the day we opened the store, even though arlee park started over a year prior online. although we have officially moved out of our first brick and mortar as of yesterday, we still have reason to celebrate, and those reasons are the days that lie ahead when we open the new doors. as we regroup into our temporary digs, our homes, we’re offering 30% off everything online with code AP3 at checkout.
