Strength is not all about what you can see, it is so much more. The roots below the surface that keep the tree from falling down are way more important then the branches.
Gymnasts mental health is just as important as physical strength. The ability to maintain a good head space before and during each meet. If you fall during warm up how do you turn it around and conquer the skill when it’s go time? Would love to hear all the advice and tips and tricks!
