Heads up DerB Designs fans! I will be in town for the weekend. Not only am I NSOing at both the Juniors & Adult bouts and going to the 🛼roller disco, but also on Saturday, I’m a vendor at the Pride Festival with my Umbrella Brand . Along with all the Pride designs and other “bishy” things I’m bringing along my full DerB Designs sticker inventory. Today is Yesterday the Senate in my state voted to ban gender affirming care for minors. Such a slap in the face for the whole community and it really does feel like some@people in power are on an all-out assault against transgender people. I have trans and nonbinary individuals in my immediate family. We just want to live our lives, have the same rights as anyone else and be safe. If you’re transgender, whether you’re out or not, you belong here! Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise! If you are a trans youth and will be affected by this awful legislation, please hang in there! It gets better. The world needs you!

Derby is such an overwhelmingly welcoming and inclusive sport and right now, it’s more important than ever that we rally around our Trans and gender-expansive siblings.

Legislation is being passed across the USA that is stripping them of their rights and their bodily autonomy. Some famous people are even using their expansive reach to bully and cause further harm to these marginalized communities.

These designs are near and dear. I have both a trans person and a nonbinary person among my immediate family members. We currently live in a red state with several hateful pieces of legislation coming out of our state government.

Fleeing for a more welcoming place to live is a definite possibility…so you could say your purchase of one of these designs, or anything in my shop is directly benefiting a family being impacted by this wave of bigotry and hate. Shop at DerBdesigns.com
