Before and After: This fine gentleman wanted his sleeves shortened. He likes his sleeves to have some scrunchability, as you can see, in the after picture. He likes his casual shirts to be roomy for comfort.

This is a before and after Restyle of garment.
This young lady is an Air Force cadet. She wanted the white blouse to be styled with a few different pattern designs to reflect her interests. This is for a special tradition at the Airforce Academy end of junior year cadet celebration.

It turned out great! Hi My name is June, and I love sewing, and helping my clients look their best by altering, as well as, restyling their clothes. I am in Mobile, Alabama.
This is how I increase the width of a lining. I stitch a gussett or insert in each side seam. Sometimes the lining is too small for the garment.

Mother of the Groom!
This antique satin designer dress with faux brocade flowers has an A-line skirt and a Tailored bodice. Her petite frame is accentuated at the waist and neck line.
Alterations are:
a restyled neckline,
a bodice adjustment,
and a hem decrease.

This delicate gown is ready for the Mardi Gras Ball. It is a restyle collaboration inspired by my client. We added three layers of tulle netting onto the hemline.

Can you visualize a lovely lady gliding across the floor while the lightweight skirt of the gown flows behind her. Could it be a Fred Astare and Ginger Rogers moment?

This lovely royal blue satin semiformal dress needed a change. I evened out the hem by trimming off the train, and finishing the hemline with a standard look.

It's a fairly straightforward technique to even out an uneven hem line. This applies to formal floor length trains as well.
