Snowflake Obsidian - A naturally occurring volcanic glass, the “snowflakes” are inclusions of cristobalite. It is formed when volcanic lava and gas cool rapidly. Although it is found predominantly in the Americas, deposits can be found other places around the globe.

Ocean Jasper (Orbicular Jasper) is only found on the northwest coast of Madagascar. The deposits are found along the shoreline and can only be mined at low tide and transported by boat. It is a form of Chalcedony and micro-chrystallized Quartz with Quartz and Feldspar forming the orbicular structures.
