We offer triathlon coaching, host race events like 5k's, 10k's, and triathlons, conduct various free training events, hold a From Couch to 5k program several times a year, and more! We carry top of the line athletic shoes for your best performance. We offer various widths, can accommodate customers who require two different shoes sizes, and can order special shoes by request. We also offer a FREE gait analysis to determine the RIGHT shoes for YOUR feet! We will be opening a bit late today…. I’ve been feeling sick the last couple days and it unfortunately all hit me at once this morning on the way to work.

I’m working on getting my wonderful staff into the shop asap to get opened for the day.

Mother’s Day will be here before you know it. One of our most popular brands ON is currently shipping from the west coast. While we have plenty of inventory we suggest you shop this weekend or early next week just in case we need to special order a color or size for mom! This will assure its delivery in time for mom’s social day!

All other brands are shipping in a 4-5 business day window! But this could always change as the holiday draws closer m.
