WOW!!!! Thank you so much to all my wonderful customers and followers! You guys are the BEST! I had an awesome week of sales - even selling out of the summer Poncho T-shirts. I am working hard to replenish inventory - here is what I have so far. I will be adding several more Poncho T's in both the Standard One Size Fits All (S-L) and Plus One Size Fits All (XL, XXL). This week's additions to my Etsy store are a little of everything: 2 more Poncho T's (the Johnny Cash one is sold), a pair of jeans combined with a quilted bedspread, and a couple of tops that have techniques that I tried for the first time. The Teal tunic is a sweater combined with a flannel shirt, and I love the way it turned out - I may cut the sweater a little shorter next time I try this technique to make it more of a "baby doll" top. The heart applique on the sweatshirt is made from 1" strips of left over material from T-shirts. What do you guys think of it? Let me know please.

This week was dedicated to making Poncho T-shirts to restock my inventory. Poncho Ts are made by combining a graphic design T-shirt with a ladies' scarf. I use a seam overcast stitch to sew them together and also put in a "no peak" stitch on the side to prevent exposure of bare skin. All of these scarves and t-shirts are made of a polyester blend and are very light weight making them ideal for the upcoming warm summer nights and days. Poncho Ts pair well with jeans, leggings and shorts and would be the perfect top for upcoming outdoor events such as fairs, festivals, and concerts. Poncho Ts can be worn by ladies of all ages - at 62 I always get compliments when I wear my Journey 1981 Poncho T. For more information and pictures just click on the Etsy link.

Poncho T-shirts are HOT, HOT, HOT! They are my best-selling items so far. They will pair well with shorts, jeans, and leggings and are designed to be worn by women of all ages. I always get a ton of compliments when I wear my "Journey 1981" Poncho top. Poncho T's will be perfect for outdoor fairs, festivals, and concerts.
