Wow I can’t believe I’m saying this, but maybe youve sensed this coming?
Alora Bo will be closing within the next month. I’ve been unsure when the “right” time is to share this news but feel at peace in my heart that it’s the right thing to do right now.
When I started this journey back in 2020, it was only to revamp my own closet. Over the last four years, I can proudly say I have helped save thousands of clothing items from going to dumps and landfill, while also helping hundreds of you find new treasures for your closets. Ive shipped orders to over half of the US states. I’ve even been able to donate bags of clothes to local women’s shelters. During this time, I’ve changed my full time day jobs, I’ve bought and remodeled a house with my husband, I got married, and met a ton of amazing other business owners in my community that I now call friends. Reselling has always been my fun hobby, not something I’d call work. I’ve found a love for encouraging other people to express themselves with their clothing, including myself, something I never really cared about before.
Like this post says, I don’t see this as a forever thing, but I need a little break and I’m not sure for how long. I’ll officially stop reselling completely by mid December, so feel free to make bundle offers as I still have a lot of great brands left for sale on the website. I will be posting discounts as well.
Thank you thank you thank you again so much, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of this dream of mine, owning a small business🖤 Even though the website and reselling will stop here soon, I’ll be keeping this Instagram page so don’t go away. Until then, please don’t stop supporting other small businesses and dreams .
