I am so excited to bring these distinctive bag charms and patches to the Cuthbertson Holiday Bazaar on Saturday. The "Purple Pinwheel" bag charm is hand-embroidered in silk floss and ribbon and backed on silk velvet. The "Ivory Tudor Rose" bag charm also features hand-embroidery in noble materials, with the addition of hand-beaded accents. The Tudor Rose is flanked by two patches, a Shamrock from the Elemental Symbols series (silk velvet motif and hand-beading) and a silk ribbon, hand-beaded patch from the Star Signs series.

A few more bags are going to Mule Barn Mercantile this afternoon. There are two more bags made of designer Linton Tweeds fabric, and I also have another hand-embroidered bag, the first in the Classical Seasons series. This design takes a different approach to Spring and is meant for people who don't vibe with the typical spring colors and floral iconography. At the center of the design is a wheat stalk, one of the attributes of the spring goddess Persephone. The sun and moon, at the apex and nadir of the sky, represent the time that Persephone spends above the earth. The bag is secured with a pomegranate-red silk velvet ribbon.

These bags are suitable for home decor uses (potpourri, drawer satchets, etc.) and I can make multiples of any bag made from a Linton fabric for bridesmaid gift bags, favor gift bags, or more.

Tweed bags are $6, and the hand-embroidered bags are $15.

In addition to my formal event bags, I now have small drawstring bags (approx. 3.5" W x 5" L) on sale at Mule Barn Mercantile. Fill one with potpourri and display in your bathroom, or consider them for presenting small gifts or wedding favors.

The patterned bags are made of designer European fabric from Linton Tweeds and are tied with silk velvet ribbons. If you need multiples of bags in either pattern for gifts or favors, please contact me.

The pink bag is hand-embroidered on fine "Belfast's Best" 100% handkerchief linen. It is the first of four traditional seasonal bags (Primavera being Italian and Spanish for "Spring") that I will release during the year.

The patterned bags are $6.00 each, and the hand-embroidered bag is $15.00. More to come!
