SHORT STORY:

Front Street Mercantile will be closing in Late February. However, many of the items will now be sold at Brown Bag Boutique - so now 2 of your faves consolidated under ONE ROOF!!

LONG STORY:

Way back in 2019 we were made aware that the plans intended for that building of a restaurant fell through. We did not want an office to go in there, so we said “well put something in here”. We did well with small gifts but didn’t have the space in our original location.

We’ve had so much fun bringing you all the snark and sass, but with our new location we do have more space and the opportunity to consolidate into one space - which as a small business in this economy to be able to cut expenses in half is huge…as well as time and management of one space as opposed to two with our kids getting bigger and busier.

So, we really hope we have inspired others to keep the momentum going in Monroe. It’s been GREAT! This isn’t a fail, it’s a business decision. And we truly hope that someone comes in and rents this absolutely amazing space for their own business ❤️
